New WG gear

Didn't notice anywhere in the notes or on this site but they added new WG gear. Shoulders are ilvl 251 and the cloaks/necks are 245.

from a healer perspective, all cloak and ncklaces have haste stats on them (no mp5 or crit version avail to me)

so I decided to just buy wrathful cloak and necklace, prob gonna use WG marks to buy shoulders

Same stats as relentless, except ur crit/haste/mp5 maybe swapped around. For Hpaladins, our shoudler had crit stats, while this WG shoulder has mp5 for example.
