Dropped Way below Haste, need advice

Hello, now before a Flood of *Your a Noob, or failure rants* occur just wanted to ask for a little advice. Recently I have gotten some new gear. I'm usually the guy in my Raid Group that wins the roll, but then i give up the upgrade to another person because maybe i feel they need it more or maybe that something awesome will drop for me one sooner or later. *hasn't happen yet*. I guess you can call it karma maybe? Anyway i use to be in a big mix of ToC 10 and ToC 25 man Geared and Was sitting pretty comfortable at about 900 haste. Now recently it has drop to about 677 just by myself. I ran Rawr tables and spreadsheets and it says to just go Spellpower and to get rid of all my Hybrid gems. I myself is thinking of switching some of my gems to pure haste to at least hit 900 again until i can get there with my gear and hybrid gems. This is my armory

my dps really started to fail in the Festergut fight when my guild first got in there. I am usually around 6.8k to 7k DPS but that fight it just went down to about 5.8k. People are saying mostly because of me not specing into the Pushback for that fight but i think it might also be a haste problem. current i can get my Arcane Blast down to 1.8 raid buff and it goes to 1.6 with my 2 pc proc. in my ToC gear it was at about 1.5, 1.6 speed with out trinket proc. Can someone give me some quick advice =D

1. Get rid of that awful, awful trinket from ToC10 and go get Abyssal Rune or Talisman of Resurgence.

2. If you have a boomkin or shadow priest, you are way over hit cap. If you have a draenei, you are over hit cap. Otherwise, you are slightly over hit cap. Try to get the wand from To(G)C 10 to swap with Brimstone Igniter.

3. You have a lot of crit junk.

4. Never gem pure haste. Look at the sticky.

5. Pushback resistance doesn't do anything on Festergut.

Your gemming is all screwed up. I can't understand why you put a Dreadstone in your shoulders (squandering the socket bonus) and not in the chest or helm, where it would actually make sense.

What Direwolf said. Also, dump the Ony ring and pickup the Badge one (Band of the Invoker).

Get rid of trinket
Get rid of ony ring
Use rawr to fix gem issues. If your not using rawr, your hurting your dps
Overall good gear, just little issues with a piece here and a piece there

I ran into the same boat, with upgrading gear and loosing a lot of haste. I've recently got back up to a decent number, but I'm still not where I want to be. It just takes time, Rawr, and patience

You have no idea about itemisation. You complain about haste yet gear for crit, crit ring, crit cloak, crit trinkets, crit offhand.

1. Buy the badge ring from triumph http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47732
2. Farm ToC normal for Abyssal rune if that bothered about haste if not get the int trinket and replace the ToC trinket
3. You were impatient gearing and brought the gloves and shoulders for a quick 2 set fix but in buying the gloves with useless hit you sacrificed the haste. You should of gone chest to replace merlins then shoulers which would of gave you pure haste upgrades not downgrades. Id save for chest and after obtaining that remove gloves till you have 4 set.
4. You need the cloak from either ToC 25 + ToGC 25 Icehowl http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47256

Faction champs 25 normal or heroic http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47291 boe so even better
5. Offhand get a haste one lol
6. Get the exalted version of the ring for the socket for a hybrid haste gem
7. Wand from ToC 10 or ToGC 10 Icehowl

Only other options than that is upgrades such as belt, boots & neck.
