To stop QQ about the mage's rotation, here is the arcane mage rotation:
If you have 2T10:
ABx2,3,4->MBAM. That means if you have a stack of two or higher of arcane blast, you do arcane missiles when arcane missiles procs.
Otherwise its:
ABx4->MBAM.

This is what I have been doing ever since I nabbed my two pieces a week or so ago. A simpler way to put it is that, whenever you see MB proc you should use it as soon as possible on your next cast unless it is on your first AB after a MB proc has been consumed. This way you can maximize the up-time of the 2pc buff you receive and it can really increase your damage a lot. The 2 pc is no joke Blizzard finally did something right.
