ele hit neck question

i know this might sound like a noob question. I don't have the icc25 gunship neck. I was wondering what would be better since i need the hit http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44661 or http://www.wowhead.com/?item=51016 rawr says http://www.wowhead.com/?item=51016 is better but not sure i would think http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44661 be better because of the haste.

I would say the 251 neck is probably a bit better, even though it's lacking haste because it has a lot more spellpower. You already have a lot of haste (although I'd get the new totem when you can afford it). Alternatively you can stick with the Wyrmrest necklace until you can get your hands on that Gunship 25 neck. Having a lower ilvl neck might help you get it if your guild uses Loot Council.

thanks yeah i was kinda thinking the 251 neck when i woke up was tired and totally frogot about the spellpower difference
