im also not good with computers so i just kick and hit the hell out of it till it starts downloading===> and it works

I just moved those uninstall files to other place and it went throught.

I've always had the same problem on updates. here's what fixes it for me:

Go to your world of warcraft folder > right click your launcher.exe and "run as administrator" it'll then begin and go through without any problems... atleast for me that is
