World first 10 went to Blood Legion for the sole fact that EU had to wait 1 complete day before it released. So not world first but EU first. Gratz to Ensidia to a VERY quick kill.

How is this even a debate? The first time the lich king died EVER it was Blood Legion who killed him. Server up time to death has no meaning what-so-ever on when he died for the first time.

Blood Legion zones into ICC the Lich king has never been killed ever.

Blood Legion kills the Lich King.

Ensidia zones into ICC after the Lich king has been killed by Blood Legion

Ensidia kills the lich king.

There was a stream showing US guilds going on Arthas last night on MMO-Champ. If any of them were watching, then they would have had a pretty good idea of what to do and how the fight looks like before even attempting...

Not to mention there is already lots of information regarding the fight now.

Considering BL released no information on the Lich King and Ensidia killed him hours faster from release than BL I don't see where the debate is that that technically shouldn't qualify as a world first. The EU gets shafted because they get patches a day after the US and yet they still have plenty of world firsts even being a day behind us. The World First should be based upon time from patch launch, not the day. Current world firsts basically exclude the asian servers who get their patches even later.

Either way, waiting on a real world first 10 man kill from a 10 man guild not a 25 man.

I didn't have the luxury of being awake when the US guilds were raiding, what with me being incredibly tardy for work as it is atm >.<

Also, Ensidia tend to block out chat and what not so you can't gleam any strats from what they have done. they believe that everyone shuold learn an enounter themselves, because it isn't really as fun if you follow someone elses instructions, but have to figure it out for yourself
