As long as no achievements are being removed it's just that what the ban-email said, which might be composed without the knowledge of the highest ranks.

Only Ensidia thought to run to the edge of the platform in Phase 3, risk getting picked up by a valkyr and instantly killing themselves, and drop saronite bombs on the air beyond the current edge.

If you didn't encounter the bug then how do you know how it works? The range of the bombs is quite large and we don't know what part of the geography needs to be hit. I doubt they would run around and test random stuff all over the place when the attempts are so limited.

I don't thing Ensidia bugged it knowing the bug. But, i'm sorry, the P&P Terms says that if you find a bug, you must report it and stop playing.

I'm sure the bug was tested on 10 man which they have multiple runs of. Once they found it confirmed it then they took it to the 25 man version.

They're just angry they aren't getting special treatment this time. Other players may not be as good as you, it's fact, but at least, unlike you, most of them have civility and tact.

The problem that we run across (that both Blizzard and Ensidia would agree on, although to different degrees) is that the instance obviously was bugged. This stems from Blizzard wanting to keep the final boss fight a secret and therefore more difficult, so they were not able to have a wide beta test on everything. Its a catch-22 in the fact that you try to hide, but then your own quality testers can't find ALL of the bugs. I mean, just remember, trying to find every buggy thing in it must be pretty daunting.

Blizzard should go and hire (contract out) some high-end gamers specifically for testing. Ensidia or other top guilds would be an ideal choice in that they have seen all of the most difficult fights and surpassed them. If Blizz kept it small, one specific guild for example, they could easily pay them (paid to play the game...not a bad prospect) and could also easily enforce a gag order on talking about the instance to anyone else.

You sound like you haven't done the fight. Watch some videos, read what I said earlier in this topic, and you'll understand. But in response to how they found the bug:

Ensidia gets paid to raid. Whenever they get a world first, they gets tons of traffic to their website, and they gain thousands of dollars via advertisement (which has added up to millions over the years). They have insider sources--and on top of that, they also have alt raid teams. See <vodka>, who got the World 1 kill of Sindragosa on their alts. Limited attempts means absolutely nothing to top guilds.

You realize blizzard can go back and look at their logs of what happened on attempts throughout the day, as well as going back through chat logs.

Their obviously was an exploit and ensidia knew about it. Knowing this I enjoy their tears since they have been the first to call exploit on others.

Also reading muqq's letter makes me feel sorry for him.

Getting payed for playing WoW, getting best equip from some arab prince and having no job/real life just to be the first to kill a boss in a virutal world (which by the way is no achievment in your real life. i still want this question answered? how did ensidia get the kill on the 2nd of feb when patch didnt get relased for eu til the 3rd? am i missing something or did the photo have soemthing done to it showing the wrong dates?
