Ele shaman in need of help

So, i raeched the point wher i am at loss what to do as I almost caped haste and i can't see what to upgrade. So if u have any ideas i would be happy to hear.
BTW on boss fights i have 1126 haste 3913 SP 37% crit and do 9k+ DPS

Go on blizz forums and QQ until you get a buff. No one seems to like ele shamans much these days...
