Sylvanas' new voice really sucks

Occasionally they get some good voice actors but alot of the time Blizz likes to use their team for ir. *cough metzen has to do the important characters*.

to be fair, Metzen is pretty good.

and they had Michael McConnohie as Uther in the games, and Michael always gives a stellar performance.

The old voice actors simply sounded like pissed off old wo/men. The new ones actually sound Undead. Yes, it's not supposed to be pretty. They're unDEAD, dead being the keyword here.

I almost fell out of my chair with laughter when I first heard Devourer of Souls speak. For me it easily topped XT.

Well she maybe did some evil thing, but if you think about what did she experience and suffer, you will understand.
She also tried to protect her people even as the Banshee queen.

95% of complaints on this or the official forums are not big deals, and don't affect gameplay. But it's still an annoyance.

Some people just enjoy the role-playing immersion aspect of the game, and I could easily see how having crappy voice acting could disrupt that.

Well said, people such as me and you and most likely over 3/4's of all the people on this forum post things they just find extremely annoying, such as rick rolls, lolcats and other such spammy annoyances

Voice acting IS in fact a big deal. At least for me.

Since the Lich King we faced, was Arthas' evil personality. I think it's ok to let Justin Gross do it, with some sound effect.

No, Tyrande's voice is a lot better, I love her voice very much. So mature and sexy.
