Tooltip issue

Hey!

Got a simple issue with tooltips. I just changed realm and i forgot to copy and paste my WTF folder so i had to remake all my macro. Since the transfer when i do a normal macro with #showtooltip *spell* and i put it in my action bar, i just see like "Blizzard rank9" in the tooltip and not the whole description, cast time, cd and so on.

I already tryed to disable all my addon but it still doesn't work. Any tip on how to fix that without deleting my WTF folder?
