glyph trouble [ele]

I've just got the 2p t10 and I lost my t9 4piece. Should i get the Totem of Wrath glyph (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=64262) or keep the Lava Burst glyph? (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=41524)

With my 2 piece i would be using LB more than LvB so i would think i need more spell power for LB and CL than a little increased damage on LvB, right?
