I am resto and off spec ele. I have 4pt10.5 resto, and 4pt9.5 ele. Until I get the badges to start replacing my tier ele, would the extra stats from using the chest, helm, shoulders, and the lightning infused leggings give me a bigger boost to damage than the 4pt9 set bonus? Guessing yes, but have had no time to test.
