Addon that tracks trinket ICDs?

Ive been searching around, but all ive been able to find has been an old addon that doesnt seem to work anymore. Anybody know of one?

works just fine on the trinkets i use with ICD, might be some new trinkets not in there yet.. not sure, it was updated a month ago.

edit: i also would suggest using TrinketMenu to a part, atleast i do for switching trinkets and getting the visual timer on ICD´s just where i want it.

ForteXorcist can be used to track every cooldown you might have. Trinkets(ICD and on use items), potions, spellcooldowns and more.
