5man heroic healing build

Hey, have been playing again on my priest for a few weeks and geared it up pretty decent.

Was wondering if anyone knows a hybrid spec for some 5man healing. I was thinking about these 2:

you guys got perhaps more ideas for some offspec 5man healing :P? would also like to know which glyphs i shall take, not sure yet which ones i should take

To be honest both specs are rather crappy. The only thing you need to do most of the time in heroics today is spam holy nova to top of your party and do some damage so the dungeons is over faster.

That or you could go full shadow and just heal with VE and shields.

I find a cookie-cutter disc spec to be the easiest way to heal 5 mans, both when you're undergeared and overgeared.

It's a nice hybrid spec, but not too much for raiding

I've tried that before, but I find that rather boring.

With that shadow spec I can deal some mindflay dmg, 'heal' abit something with VE and do some CoH between them.
Heroics are so easy to heal nowadays anyway

Just go Disc, Healing isn't the problem anyway and disc has some nice dps output too.

Disc is the way to go, shields up and dps with the occasional Penance on tank + Holy Nova to top everyone.

Focus around keeping a renew + shield up on the tank, dots up on the mob yer attacking, mind blast and holy fire as nukes.

Flash heal spam when theres a lot of damage going around

SoL can be used for an instant smite or flash heal.

That's what I'd use if I wanted a spec for heroics only.

EDIT: Would like to say that this does in fact work with a decent tank. Then again, with a decent tank you can just go full shadow to heal heroics.
