Nice setup, but you gotta get a 600W+ PSU for a comp like that... 400W is definitely not gonna cut it. You said you don't plan to OC much, that means you still wanna do it a lil, like maybe up to 3GHz?

Stock cooling may be able to handle that, as long as you have AC in your room during the summer. Either way, I would recommend:
COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus Intel Core i5 & Intel Core i7 compatible RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm "heatpipe direct contact" Long life sleeve CPU Cooler - Retail

only 30 bucks+ shipping. Great reviews, awesome price, and really nice results.

I strongly advice an i7 860 on LGA1156 over an i7 920 on LGA 1366. You are also going to need a better PSU, you'll need AT LEAST 500w, otherwise your pc will instantly shut down when you start up a heavy game, but 600-650w is adviced.

I'm sure the rest of Europe, if not the rest of the world, would agree on this.

thanks for all the build advice guys. ill definitely up the wattage on the psu but im still leaning more towards the 920 in case i do want to push the power a bit more. my build is around 1300 but i don't have a problem putting a couple hundred more dollars into it. im definitely considering getting an 80gig ssd.

any other thoughts on the mobo etc?

It's been debated many times, you go with the i7 860 if you only plan to run 1 GPU. If you aim to do a SLI/Crossfire setup then the i7 920/X58 setup will shine due to it having more than 1 PCIe 2.0 x16 slot running at full bandwith.
