    whats that addon....?

    Well, i'm looking for an ADDON*...

    When you mouseover it shows which people are targetting it and who it is targetting + its hp. It also replaces the annoying tooltip down in the downer right corner.

    Very advanced macro is very advanced?

    All I know of is addons like TipTac and CowTip.

    I could be way off here since it was a long time ago that I used it, but doesn't CT Raid Assist have something like that built in?
