droped. My current wep is http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50771 w/63 SP and http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50781. And i dont know what to go. I got Demo as 25 and Afiic in 10 mans

Typically staffs are not near as good as main hand/off hand, but in your case I'd roll with the staff. The vast difference in haste will make up for the SP you're losing.

Using Abracadaver results in the following (EP values may be slightly off since I see you said you are Demo and I used values for affliction):
+18 intel +7.56 EP
-40 SP -71.6 EP
-47 crit -39.29 EP
+142 haste +279.74 EP
-108 hit - you are already over what you need without this so no loss.


Totals = +176.41 EP

So yes, the staff is better because you don't need the hit at all it would still be better if you needed all the hit but only slightly.

The math is very simple:

Subtract option one from option two, in all stats except Stam

+47 crit
+54 haste

Becomes

Abracadaver
+18 Int
+88 Haste

vs

Current
40 SP
47 Crit


In this case, the Staff wins because 88 Haste > 40 SP + 47 Crit for affliction. In the case of Demo, SP AND SPIRIT ALWAYS WINS. In the case of Destro, it's a tie.
