As far as Unit frames, if you're looking for something similar to the base UI ones, go with either Xperl or Pitbull4. Set for side pictures (or no picture) and choose 2D and you'll be fine. One thing I like about Unit Frame addons is the ability to relocate them to someplace besides the top of the screen, because how often do you really want to look up there. You can also set buff filters on them to only show the buffs/debuffs you care about as well as resize the frames to how you want.

That looks nice so far. As far as Unit Frames, I used Pitbull for a long time, but switched to SUF because it is far more lightweight and easier to configure. I personally cannot stand XPerl. I use Grid2 for my raid frames, I use Elkano for debuffs only, Forte for spell timers and different proc's/powerups, and Quartz for cast bars.

PS - get rid of your nameplate - you know who you are

You might look at oPie too - would allow you to clean up some of those infrequently used items on your screen. Hide your bags too - you can press B.

Look up KGPanels, Chincilla, MBF (minimap button frame) and Chatter for more cosmetic cleanup.

But soon after Mr Xi secured a third term, Apple released a new version of the feature in China, limiting its scope. Now Chinese users of iPhones and other Apple devices are restricted to a 10-minute window when receiving files from people who are not listed as a contact. After 10 minutes, users can only receive files from contacts.
Apple did not explain why the update was first introduced in China, but over the years, the tech giant has been criticised for appeasing Beijing.
