I think Shadow Council's Book is broken, however Horde does hold WG 95%+ of the time now. According to the log
Horde: Defend 456
Capture 84
Alliance Defend 35
Capture 846
Aren't the capture numbers supposed to be within 1 of each other since no side can capture twice in a row, everyone else who posted is. Perhaps the book is just missing the final diget on the hordes capture number?

More or less balanced.
Problem is though the alliance always get insta top rank and steamroll the keep in minutes usually .
