Internal CD:s addon?

hey all, i would like to know if anyone of you out there happens to know an addon that tells me how long it takes until my internal CD:s (such as trinkets) can pop again. if possible, i'd like one with a countdown clock or something :P

Kripparrian shows an addon called "heatsink" in his video which he uses for internal CD's... havent tried it out myself tho

Heatsink works pretty well. I use it on my hunter to show even pet cooldowns. Works good for proc trinkets and such. Uses a simple bar that can be re-sized.
