Arms PvE and T10

Greetings all.
I'm coming up on being able to purchase my first piece of T10 using Frost (Long break from the game, only came back recently)

I'm just wondering which parts would be best. Ideally I'd like to keep 2pc T9 (245) and 2pc T10

But which to take first
Currently I'm rocking 4pc T9 with the 245 triumph helm (I forget the name).

My thoughts right now are...
Get T9 helm and use with Chest
T10 shoulders + gloves

And then get the 264 ICC legs crafted for the 5th slot.

Would this be a good way of doing it? Or would you take a different T10 item?

I just picked up the helm, and rocked

Helm: T10
Chest: T9
Shld: T9
Gloves: T9
Legs: T9

Then picked up Shoulders, and swapped gloves to ARP Gloves from one of the three billion drops around area. :P

Helm: T10
Chest: T9
Shld: T0
Gloves: Non Tier
Legs: T9


Then picked up Gloves, then chest, and equipped em both at the same time, and picked up the mail legs off of Deathwhisper until I get the crafted ones.
