recently, frost presence has had a 2% stamina buff. however, i would like to know if the talent in the frost tree, http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=50385, has updated to reflect that? does it still only give 6% stamina, or does it now have 8%, like the actual presence?

edit: read a thread on the second page, seems IFP has not changed.
