dimishing returns

is there a dimishing returns for poly , cyclone and mana burn ? Looks like resillience is not enough to reduce mana burn because it has no cd and can be spammable easy. Polymorph is same it effects 9 seconds on the 4th cast and cyclone is the worst because your healer cant dispell it.

I think English is not your first language because your post is not very clear.
However, poly and cyclone do have diminishing return.
4th cast of poly should have zero effect on you.
First cast of poly last 10 sec then 5 sec then 2.5sec then immune
Cyclone effect goes from 6 sec -> 3sec -> 1.5 sec -> immune

From wha I understand you are trying to say that they do not share deminishing returns.Means you can (for example) poly/poly/poly/cyclone/cyclone/cyclone before immunities.Just los manaburn rly.
