Eastern Time based guild: 8-11 PM Raid nights; Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday.
We are currently in the process of pushing Heroic Lich King 25. We are not currently accepting anyone with less than 11/12 HM experience and appropriate gear.

Raid Schedule:
Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday 8-11 PM EST - 3 Nights a week. We are, and always will be, a three day, three hour a night, guild. No amount of content alters these times.
In terms of guild activity, you will find our members running a variety of content from all expansions on any given day.
What we expect from applicants:
-Complete knowledge of one's class and spec.
-Situational awareness in all fights
-Reading up on fights before raid nights
-Being prepared for raids (whether it means walking your dog, or buying flasks).
Attendance:
You must plan to make every single raid night. We only raid 3 days a week; Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, all from 8 - 11 PM. Invites go out 7:30, and you must be prepared to give your undivided attention to the 3 hours of raiding ahead of you. If you frequently do not attend, you will simply not be invited to future raids. A stable performance and attendance for a period of ~3 weeks will grant you full member (Veteran) status. Although this time may vary, expect three weeks to be the average trial period if you are serious about playing to your fullest.
Loot Policy:
We use a Loot Council System, led by the officers of our guild. Loot comes and goes, however good players do not. At the same time, we expect you to respect our progression and not apply with anything less than an average of full 264 gear. If you plan on entering simply to gain loot, this is not the guild for you. Expect performance and attendance to dictate your eligibility of receiving loot. Collectively, all our officers have experience in every single class, therefore loot is distributed quickly, fairly, and efficiently. The boss ahead of us is much more important than doling out loot from the boss before. Complaining about loot decisions is also unwelcome.

We're a very fun bunch of people from nearly all walks of life. We laugh and joke during trash, we remain mature in guild chat at all times, and we offer respect to people that show it. Respect includes spending at least some time to stay up to date on your class and the raid instance. When pulling a boss we are 100% serious and focused, and as a result, expect 100% effort from all of our members. We are not a seniority guild. If you outperform your corresponding class on a regular basis, you will be rewarded with raid spots, increased loot priority, and respect. We only raid 3 nights a week, we expect your best every night and nothing less.
