Just hit 40 picked up duel wield, was wondering what goes where. WF2 Mh and for my OH im assuming WF1? Thanks for you time

At 40, yes. You want to stick with WF/WF for quite some time. I highly recommend reading the Shaman FAQs for when you get closer to 80 and gain more SP at which point you'll be switching to WF/FT.

You don't need to use different ranks of WF for your weapons.
