Switching from DW frost tank to blood, need a little help.

Long story short, my 10 mans need a new OT and my DW frost DK was asked to step in. I've geared and gemmed him according to the advice I got from many useful posts I found here so I'm hoping to continue that trend. My DK is an alt and basically is the third 80 I play around with so essentially, I'm only toc 10 geared with the exception of having a few 245 crafted pieces equipped or the lucky /roll from toc 25. My main questions are this:

1. Is there a soft exp. cap I should follow for a 2H? I loaded up on exp. as dw frost and was not sure I needed to get the full 6.5% as 2H. Ive seen many tanks have "good" tps without being hit capped/ exp capped.

2. Would any blood tanks be willing to share their armory so that I could take a look and see diffferent builds. Ive seen a few variations on blood and I'm trying to get a feel for what people take and why. I like the builds Ive seen on EJ but Ive also seen different variations that people have great success with. Im only being asked to tank togc 10/icc 10 for alts runs so I am not sure every week that I will have the same raid composition. I've read that blood is dependant on buffs so not sure how I can compensate for what I am missing.

I tank group 3 10 ICC in my guild.
If you are short on hit, take points in UH tree.
You can get away with ~22 exp, but 26 is the way to go if you can get there.
My build is slightly customized to my liking.
The best thing to do is try different ones.
Some people like rune tap and spell deflect, I don't.
I took the glyph of disease over rune strike.
One button refresh on diseases as opposed to 2 gets me another heart strike vs. 10% crit increase on rune strike.

effective HP is your biggest survivability as blood and you have some great CD's to compliment it.

I think mine is cookie cutter spec...

Also, for opening rotation, I usually do DnD, IT PS HS (Blood Tap) Vamp Blood. That way you start out the fight with a ton of health and threat (health is great for your next 2 death strikes).

Glyph Vamp Blood... it's a must have as it's an increase to your health 25% of the time (15sec/1min).

Hysteria can also be used on yourself at the beginning for more threat, but I usually just use it on our blood dk...

While I have the little disease glyph, I've found it better in single target instances to actually use IT/PS again to refresh the diseases... don't know why but it seems to build more threat.

Any other questions, feel free to let me know (also, if I'm blatantly wrong about things, please point it out in the nicest way possible )

(also, in tank gear I have 43.5k hp unbuffed while staying hit capped/exp soft capped)

1. Expertise Softcap is 6.5% like all other speccs but even without 26 expertise you can pull some tps, ive tanked with ~15 exp and ~4% hit in trial of the crusader without problems

its true that the tps depends greatly on your raidsetup especially sunder armor, but like your tps the dps depends on them as well so imho its not a great problem and if you lack tps because of gear/raidsetup tell your hunters/rogue´s how misdirect works

This is a good build if you find yourself needing RP.
If you are hit/exp capped (or very close) use something like this.
If you don't need the RP boost from Scent of Blood, dump those into Sudden Doom and Morbidity.

this is my spec/gear.

My free points to move about are spell deflection. Planning on moving them sometime later. Kept it for the odd chance we do twins in totgc and i'm asked to soak orbs
