ISO TotT addon (not TrickorTreat)

I have been searching around for an addon that does something very specific with little luck.

For a long time I used BigBrother to keep an eye on who was receiving MD's and TotT's but for some reason over the last two weeks or so, when have I BigBrother enabled, it drops my fps from 60 to about 10. Pretty unacceptable.

I know BigBrother has other features that I never really use, so I am looking for something that has a similar function to BB but is a bit more lightweight. All I really want to see who Hunters are MD'ing and who Rogues are Tricksing.

TrickorTreat is not an option because it doesn't inform me as to what other people are doing.

Any suggestions here?

He has a simple one called "tottonwho" that posts a message in your chat box when MD or TToT is cast on someone.
