just a fyi to shadow priests w/ dislodged foreign object, it is capable of proccing off of power word: shield, making it a fairly nice trinket to use in ur disc offspec

/nomnom at almost 900 haste in disc, i should prbly drop some crit/haste pieces for spirit/crit seeing as how i got the legs from 10 man dreamwalker and the belt from 25 man festergut

now to go post on the official forums if I cant find it, I dont want to be a no good exploiter!



edit: the proc rate is lower than when dpsing, takes anywhere from 1-20 shields to proc
