I think he means absorption done by Power Word: Shield or Divine Aegis being reduced by stuff like Mortal Strike.
If they made it like this, Blizzard would need to rebalance Priests in Arena.

I don't do pvp, but if this Healing reduced debuff decrease healing bonus then obviously your absorbs are decreased also, but could someone link the debuff tooltip please?

As stated above, the effects of the "PvP Healing Debuff Aura" now cuts PW: Shield and Sacred Shield.

The OP should know this, taking that into account means he wants Mortal Strike (and similar debuffs) to lower the amount absorbed by PW: Shield.

MS does not reduce PWS absorb, but Unrelenting Assault does.

Utterly overpowered ability.

MS -> Pummel -> Whirlwind -> Anticipate Heal -> Overpower -> Bladestorm, If target is not yet, use Execute.

Only way you'll live is if you have Pain Sup + Another cooldown. Bauble/Battlemasters/Desperate Prayer as soon as MS falls off.

Since DA is affected by the actual heal 50% reduced healing means 50% reduced DA.As for PW:S is not debatable.We would need some sort of cd or smth to get us out of melee and cut some dmg since PW:S plays a huge role in tanking dmg.
