Im not sure if it was part of the quest or just the fire plume area in Un'Goro, but as I was forging the unfinished skeleton key there the ground was shaking.

That quest always does it.

And for those doubters, one of the European CMs confirmed it. Cryptically as are the CM ways, but still confirmed it.

I saw the shaking happen in Dalaran, when I was fishing in the sewers for the daily. I hope they keep with this idea of subtly foreshadowing the Cataclysm to come.

Global Thermal Sapper Charges shake the screen. I use them in raids and still get the odd wtf on ts.

Saw these "pre-cataclysm shaking" threads like 2 or 3 months ago, dont you people think that someone would made a post or something about it?
Its the mammoths, or something that has nothing to do with pre-cata.

Grizzly Hills, in the western forested areas, nowhere near mammoths or the giants (which do shake the ground).
Dragonblight, nowhere near mammoths.
Borean Tundra, potentially near mammoths, wasn't paying attention if there were any nearby at the time.
Stormwind, while waiting for my LFD to pop.

had it in Stormwind and Dalaran (which makes no sense at all given it floats in the sky but meh...)

and it's not mounts or pets. both times i've noticed it i've been on very late at night with not a soul near me (i'm in a late night raiding guild)
