ok so I am still wearing my <a href="http://www.wowhead.com/?item=51558">Runed Loop of the Kirin Tor</a> and have been keeping an eye on the vendor to start selling new 271 upgrades. I heard a rumor that they would be coming out with the upgrade but have yet to see it. Does anyone know if this is going to happen?
