what to get next via frost emblems? (ret pally)

So I'm sitting at 4pc t10 from head-shoulder-chest-gloves. VoA loot pinata was cruel so no pants once again

I'm not sure where to go from here, do I buy the pants now? Gloves aren't BiS so I'm going to need the pants one way or another to replace my t10 gloves eventually. Or maybe the 264 libram before the pants to replace the 245 one? I'm open to any suggestions!

get the libram, than pants. hands are bis until you get taj. once you get taj worry about dropping gloves.
