LF Active PvP server

I am looking for a server that has a lot of people that Arena. I went to black rock today and all i found was a flooded trade chat and a bunch of people telling me it was overpopulated and laggy.

sooo

i am wondering if you guys know of an active PvP server where i could be around a lot of PvPers Alliance preffered but i dont mind going horde.
