Rawr.ret reasonable delay?

hi i was just wondering what would a realistic delay be for me running at about 200 latency 20-30 fps. the default is .05 seconds but that seems too fast.

wow rates latency in miliseconds. That is one thousandth of a second. 200ms is 0.200 seconds of latency.

You have 200 ms, your latency is thereby 0.2 seconds, 4x higher than the default in rawr. I'd set the ms and reaction time at about that and you will get a more realistic result.
