Frost Emblem question.

So i reached today 60 frost emblems and started to think what should i get.
I was thinking cloak, token or LEATHER belt.
What you guys would choose?

depends on your gear at the time. I have the Str cloak and I love it. The Agi one doesnt have ARP or expertise

Recovered Scarlet Onslaught Cape has 52 Arp.

Unless you're drowning in expertise, I'd take the Leviathan cloak over the Scarlet one. It saves you having to gem for expertise or use an older piece of gear to cap it.

Perhaps at 95 emblems, it would be wise to hold onto them, and then get two pieces of T10 at the same time.

Funny that you don't know enough about your own character to make your own educated decisions on gear choices and instead ask the forum community to do the work for you. And when they do give you the answers (such as the Agi cloak) you instead buy the strength cloak with expertise, and are now over the expertise cap. The one person that suggested the str cloak even said not to get it if you had too much expertise...
