Arena Tournament, when?

My question is as the topic says, when does the Arena Tournament 2010 start? I've heard rumors saying they'll open it tomorrow and im wondering if anyone can confirm that? (proof would also be nice )

Last season Blizz gave like a 2 week notice to pay your $20 before it was brought up.

I hope they won't do that this season, would be awesome to be able to play on the tournaments during the holidays :

Was up for quite awhile. Brought it down and randomly back up some months later and we could still play on it if you paid before. Its also cool to know that you and 2 other friends are the only people on your realm with the Murloc pet.
