depends on what you want to do.
if you want to flag run or heal the obvious choice is pally.
if you just wanna kill and be good at defending (not that a pally isnt) huntard

I haven't ever seen a Paladain in PvP before.. but I hear Rouges are pretty good.

both are very good for bg's play while hunter is more difficult in arena. pally is more all around better with more spec options. hunter is easier to kill players with in bg's/open los. very easy to back line pew pew.
