Haste question and gear.

Hello! I've recently been gearing myself in ICC10/25 gear and I have noticed that my haste and armor pen has been going down alot when transitioning from badge gear to Icecrown gear. I'd just like to know how big of an impact those stats have on my dps as a Survival hunter, and if I should be trying to gem for some haste in my gear. Below is my armory link.
