Nightelf/leaf UI

Hello,
I searched hard to find a way of getting that old idea of a warcraft 3 nightelf UI into WoW. Sometimes I saw it on forums in the past 5 years but I can't remember where.
So if there is anyone in here who knows how to create such a UI could you please PM me or reply here?

Use Btex (http://www.wowinterface.com/download...7906-BTex.html) and the BTex Nature Skin (http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info15761.html) to give yourself a bottom bar with a night-elfy theme.
