If you actually followed through with your link you would find that it doesn't actually produce the level up graphic. Trust me, I tried before I made this thread. Image searching for "Warcraft ding" gave a few results but they all have the character model, which I do not want as I solely require just the ding graphic.
Is there a WoW model viewer that shows animated particle effects? The one I have only shows item models.

Ok, your going to want to download WoW Model Viewer from their website.

Once you do that, open it. Select your WoW folder. Once your in you'll see a taskbar on the left side of the window.
In the box type "Levelup" then press ENTER.
They have it in Red Color also(Maybe that's something for cataclysm?)
