Thoughts For Fire Mage Changes (PvE/PvP)

Hello everyone,

I was just think of some fire mage changes that might make them viable in PvE and PvP.
Talents:
Fiery Payback: Instead of making you cast Pyroblast faster when below 35%, it could make you cast it faster at all times but keeps the CD. Also will increase chance to disarm by an extra 15%
Hot Streak: Now after 2 crits in a row causes your next Pyroblast to have Increased Damage
(most likely by 25%)
Fire Power: Now increases fire damage by an extra 5%
Spells:
Pyroblast: Increased Damage by 15%
Scorch: Damage increased by 20%
Fireball: Decreased cast time by .25seconds

If this makes them OP please tell me :P

Other then that feel free to flame/comment or add to the buffs :-*

Oh and also while there at it add a phoenix pet that has a 3 second charge spell and a fire nova hitting for around 3k with normal melee hits for 1k :-*

I was kidding about the phoenix :P , I only put together a lot of ideas to specially choose maybe 1 or 2.

Living bomb did that in beta, fun times, way op though.
