Relentless ret gloves better than some pve gear?

well i have http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40812 with 20 str and 44 ap on them, but i also have http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47990 with 20 str x 2 and 44 ap, My question is , Does the 5% CS buff on the relenteless gloves make up for the loss of ~40 ap? ( btw i am over hitcapped so i wont lose anything from the less hit ) Thanks, Búffy

at a higher gs it is probably better to get the pvp gloves than lower gear.
