Thank you for your interest in Defiant guild on Thrall. We have been a team since before Wrath of the Lich King. We are, as a guild, originally from the Cairne server. We transfered to Thrall after our previous server seemed to have a very limited pool of recruits to choose from.
Basically, what we are looking for as a guild are individuals who like to raid, even if the going gets rough. Not all progression will be handed to us and it wouldnt be much fun if it were. We don't mind having to work for our accomplishments, but prospective applicants must be willing to work for themselves also.
Lackluster performance, poor attendance, lack of raider discipline and/or awareness are all contributing factors in the hinderance of progression. Accordingly, we judge new members based on these factors as well as attitude, the ability to get along with other people to accomplish a common goal and actively being a part of the solution are all things we look at in our core members.
Progression: We have cleared the first wing of ICC on 25 man, poor attendance has caused us the inability to consistently raid the content we are focusing on... we are recruiting now to change this. Our 10 mans are much further progressed, one is on Dreamwalker the other on Blood Queen.
Our raid schedule is: Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday from 8:00pm to midnight EST (server time)
Loot system: Suicide Kings, this can be more thoroughly explained during your vent interview if you are not familiar with it.
