So it's very likely that what he wrote includes the 220 rating from the totem. (and of course all raidbuffs, meaning the 3% from Ret/Owl and 5% from Wrath of Air)

About 1000 haste, because of RNG and Elemental Mastery/Heroism uptime, for the purpose of sustained non-burst DPS.
