Help with gear decision

Okay so heres my armory http://www.wowarmory.com/character-s...&cn=Camdencats and today i won the 251 t10 pants from voa10. wondering if i should use those and forget the t9 4p and keep my nemesis head, get the t9 232 helm from emblems, or even the 245 non tier set from emblems. also have the 245 ony ring that i can use instead of that toc10 one if i use t10 pants with hit, only need to stay at 14% hit. thanks all in advance

There is no 1 piece that will make up for the loss of the 4pc t9 bonus, so I would wait till you have the opportunity for, or have another t10 piece and go 2pc t9/2pc t10 and then work towards the 4pc before you break the t9 2pc.
