Warlock dps

Well im new here (first post) well i have been level 80 for a while (destro warlock) ive had my upgrades and gotten better gear yet i have yet to break 2.5k dps (average around 2.1-2.2k dps) here is a link to my armory http://www.wowarmory.com/character-s...sil&cn=Kanlord is my gear the problem or is it my rotation? any feedback is good

Okay lets see...
None of your gear is enchanted.
Your gems, for the most part, are terrible... :\
Drop the T8 robe and/or T7 gloves for T9 to get 4PC set bonus.
Replace the Mp5 gear... (Neck/ring).
Talisman of Resurgence is terrible for a warlock.
Leveling professions will help - almost every one has a beneficial use for warlocks.
Your spec seems fine - what rotation are you using?

1) Absolutely replace that mp5 gear as soon as possible. It's a wasted stat.
2) Never ever ever gem for Intellect.
3) Add the extra gem socket to your belt.
4) Your hit rating is abysmally low.
5) Your haste is very low.
6) Farm ToC5 for Abyssal Rune, farm PoS heroic for NmIC.
7) Absolutely get T9 4pc ASAP
8) Find a friendly enchanter to enchant your gear.

It's impossible to give specific diagnosis without knowing which spec and rotation you primarily use.
