Need macro help!

I need some help with a few Macro-things. I have a few macros that I'm telling everyone in the party what I'm doing. For example Kick, Blind and so on.
Its just that, sometimes I need to spam the shit out of the spell and when I'm doing that I also spam the party-chat window.

I wanna know if there is something that Prevents me to spamming the whole party. If so.. What is it that I need to write in?

And I also wanna know what to write in a macro to tell the players name. Who im saping, kicking stunning what ever!

Use the addon "AfterCast" - it'll only do the say/yell/whisper if the spell actually casts.

As lawomous (and the addon author, on the addon page) demonstrate, you can set it up to say/emote/yell/whisper anything after a successful cast (and/or a failed cast, or the start of casting).
