If your class or spec isn't on the needed list but you are confident in your playing skills and abilities shoot us up an application anyways. If we decide that you have the potential to better the performance of our raid we'll be willing to make exceptions to our class/spec needs.
Raid times are currently 9:00 pm - 12:00 am EST Tuesday, Wednsday, and Thursday. Raid invites are at 8:45. We use DKP for tier items, and discuss non-tier items in role-specific chat channels. Each new tier of content will reset DKP.
Dedication and skill are required from all our raiders. All raiders are expected to spec appropriately, Gem/Enchant gear appropriately, and bring consumables to All raids. Attendance is essential for all raiders. It's understandable that certain situations occur, but missing multiple raids a week is absolutely unacceptable. New recruits will be expected to attend approximately 90% of all raids, or else they will be removed from the guild as seen necessary.
