this. also i was poking fun at all those shockadin threads that keep popping up. i wish it were viable though, finally a second use for that spell plate.
still, no reason to start getting aggressive. for the record, no i did not now what topic you were referring too. quick look trough your post history showed me that you are not a huge fan of shockadins. so what's your problem?

I am not getting aggressive, just in case there was any confusion. My hatred towards shockadins is based around the concept that 98% of paladins are noobs. With such an insanely high noob/non-noob ratio, we can't be having any of the decent ones(read: ones with a brain) wasting brainpower on a mythical spec that realistically was never viable just for the sake of doing something different.

If that didn't make any sense, don't worry about it. I don't have an issue with people wishing shockadins were viable. I do have an issue with people that try to play shockadin thinking its viable or people that try to argue that it is even if they don't play it themselves. Seriously, shockadins make the paladin community look retarded and they will continue to do so until shockadin really is viable.

For the sake of a little background, I tried out shockadin during TBC because I heard people talking about how legit it was. The fact is, those people were nothing more than compulsive liars. They even made themselves believe it was viable regardless of how weak it really was. During this same timeframe, ret was still trying to break the ice of raid viability and really couldn't afford to have other dumbasses screw up that opportunity. Shockadins are the PR nightmare for all other specs of paladins in the WoW community.
