it happend 0.2 after the horde 'win'. so might be cause it was really really really close

Happened quite a lot before, in WG and IoC mostly. And since the first few times it happened was already a few patches ago, I think it's either actually intended or Blizzard is just to lazy to fix it.

I think the first time I saw it was around 3.2 or so. Happened about 3-4 times when I was playing myself but I saw quite alot of screenies about this passing by on mmo-champion before already.

I've had this happen in Isle of Conquest too. Both generals died at pretty much the same time, we had both the alliance and horde victory musics playing at the same time

Can happen if both teams meet the win condition near simultaeneously.
Not a bug I think blizzard are in any rush to fix since 1 mark extra is hardly a game breaking advantage.
Come 3.3.3 if the issue still exists, it will be at best extra honor.
Btw turn off the unecessary warlock modules from forte when on a priest, or if only specced for healing you might be able to do without completely.

Though, I can see this happen in WSG aswell, when you cap the 3rd flag right when the timer drops to 00:00. While we're at it, I've seen it happen once in Sota aswell.
